NRG are delighted to be working alongside a leading supplier of software to the online gambling and social gaming industries. our new client are a new breed of gaming software company, with a cutting edge technology stack.
We are looking to recruit a number of talented Dutch speaking customer service advisors to join their expanding company, which is based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Individuals will be extremely focused on providing excellent customer service and supporting the Customer Experience Manager with support and retentions marketing activities, utilising email and live chat communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high quality customer service to Online Casino and Online Bingo players via email and live chat in Dutch
Act as first point of contact for any player enquiries
Respond to queries in timely manner
Identify and resolve any service issues
Updating records and amending players profiles
Demonstrating a full understanding of the websites, their gaming content and promotions
Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements
Successful candidates will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with good computer literacy and keyboard skills. An interest and understanding of Online gaming is desirable.
£16,000 - £20,000
Hours - Shift work and must be available to work weekends
