Website Support Executive - Farming Magazine - Ipswich - Temporarily Remote
Salary £21,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience plus benefits
Our client produces a monthly farming magazine sent direct to over 30,000 farms across the UK. During lockdown, the magazine was a vital support for farmers, allowing the advertisers to reach decision makers when shows and events were cancelled.
Digital sales increased rapidly during 2020 and so they have invested heavily in website development. During the roll out, the candidate will be working with the developers, ensuring that the project is running on time and to spec, as well as looking for improvements along the way. The job will be a mix of challenges, some more exciting than others, but all requiring a good eye for detail.
In quiet times, you will work with their Marketing Manager to update all digital platforms with news and information, potentially incorporating social media tasks and online advertising into the role.

As part of an exciting digital project, they are looking to expand their team to include a Technical Manager who will take responsibility of managing one of their growing digital platforms.
Working with the existing team, the successful candidate will be involved in the development, launch and management of an entirely new and technically advanced website. The roll will require strong communication with their developers, marketing and sales teams, plus talking directly to farmers on a daily basis.
During lockdown, their offices were closed and all staff were set up to work from home. They are proud that they managed to keep all their staff working full time, with no furlough or redundancies. The offices have since reopened, however most of the team remain working from home. Safety is a priority so all new employees must be able to work from home if necessary
Essential: at least 3 years' proven experience in Wordpress
Strong knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Social Media management, including Facebook Ads
Google Ads experience
