A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join NRG’s dynamic specialist finance recruitment team.

The role of a Temp Controller / Recruitment Consultant would particularly suit a confident and driven individual, ideally with a sound knowledge of accountancy and financial roles. If you have a desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment then this role offers real career progression and serious earning potential.

This role would suit an already established and highly successful Finance, Technical or Commercial Temporary Recruiter that may feel they have reached the ceiling of what they can achieve in their current recruitment business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment with natural empathy and the commerciality required to be successful in the recruitment of temporary staffing.
Business Development and building networks of influence will come naturally, as will an entrepreneurial instinct for delivering revenue and profitability to the business.
Ideal Candidates will demonstrate:-
• An outgoing character, suited to consulting, influencing and selling ideas
• Excellent communication skills
• Career ambition and drive
• Confidence and experience in making qualitative decisions
• A positive mind-set, and the belief that this leads to results
• Experience in the following areas would be advantageous: sales, business development, B2B, Telesales, door-to-door sales, events management.
• Degree qualified or equivalent
