Job Description
Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, are looking to recruit a Project Administrator for 12 weeks to support the Data Quality Risk Systems project management team by keeping task trackers up to date and producing accurate daily reports within a required time frame, in addition ad hoc reports will be need to be produced when required. This will require close contact with both the testing and Project Management team. The project currently has a team of 20 testers which is growing.

Key Accountabilities :

•Allocate work to the testing team (currently 20 and growing)
•Keep MS Excel task trackers up to date
•Produced and distribute daily reports in MS Excel
•Produce and distribute ad-hoc reports in MS Excel
•Assist the project PM is any tasks required

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required :

•Highly organised individual with a record of working to tight deadlines.
•Good knowledge of Excel to include pivot tables, conditional formatting and V-Lookups.
•Working knowledge of Power Point
•Flexible to work out of normal office hours.
