WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The 3 teams that you will oversee spread across web analytics implementation, conversion rate optimisation and digital insights. You will be reporting into the Head of Professional services, who comes from a CRO specialist background and currently heading up these three teams.
As the business grows, this manager needs someone looking over the teams and contributing towards the development of their business. This means client contact and lots of it! You will work with the rest of the team to drive their specialisms and win the agency more business. You will need a strong expertise in web analytics and a really great attitude.
The company hire from grad level, train and specialise the analysts. They only hire people with a great cultural fit and prioritise this over their current technical ability, they know they can train people up to be great at it! You will need to drive the performance of the team, coach them and will also be in charge of future hires.
