Graduate Project Manager
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Salary: Circa £24,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
The Client
Our client operates within the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector, serving the retail industrys specific requirements. They cater to the needs of an esteemed market and are currently seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
As a central liaison for both internal and external project teams, you will collaborate closely with their project and account management team to effectively execute and implement assigned projects. Your primary responsibilities will include generating project quotations, defining scope of work, creating project plans and schedules, managing purchase orders, coordinating with installation and delivery teams, and ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various client projects, taking ownership of project management tasks.
- Generate accurate quotations and relevant purchase orders in accordance with client specifications.
- Participate in client site meetings to ensure comprehensive attention to all project requirements, satisfying customer expectations.
- Supervise and oversee all project-related activities, encompassing project delivery, Health & Safety obligations, and post-installation matters.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to the RJM Management team.
- Champion a Health & Safety culture across all areas of responsibility, encompassing the management of third-party systems governing site-level health and safety.
- Adhere strictly to the Companys Health & Safety policy and adhere to ISO processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Recent university graduate or currently in the final year of university.
- Demonstrated high level of motivation and drive.
