It is a high-end site but is extremely wet-led and is in the heart of a busy little town. During festivals and town events, this site is the go-to for locals and visitors alike.

General Manager profile:

• You need to come from a high-volume background
• Stand out operators from quality-led backgrounds as General Manager
• Full understanding of structure, processes, and procedures in volume establishments
• Excellent understanding of financials and be able to analyse P&L
• People persons: mentoring, coaching, and developing a team to provide a continued success
• Recruitment
• HR issues
• Excellent product knowledge
• Some able to offer a personal touch
