If you are looking for flexible shifts that allow you to pre-plan and want to avoid the normal 9-5 grind, we have a permanent contract that will benefit you.
You will be handling inbound calls and outbound calls, helping customers and providing guidance to those who are struggling to meet their payments on a range of financial products.
Excellent communication and listening skills together with a friendly, empathetic and resilient nature is a must for this role.

The annual holiday allowance is generous, as is the bonus and development schemes. The hourly rate is £8.24 per hour plus the option for pay progression.
With modern offices based at Cobalt Business Park (just 5 minutes from the Silverlink Retail Park), we can offer a shift basis from 8am - 9pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 7pm Friday, 9am – 5pm Saturday and 10am – 3pm Sunday.
In order to apply you should have proven customer service experience, be able to pass a credit check and provide satisfactory references. This role will also be subject to a Basic Disclosure Scotland.
