Equipment Hire Coordinator - Milton Keynes
Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 p.a.
Our client a Stage Hire, Lighting, Sound, Power Distribution Equipment Hire Company are looking to recruit a Hire Coordinator.
This role will be responsible for taking equipment bookings via phone and email from the company's Trade Hire customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the events and equipment rental industry
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Speaking with customers and providing technical assistance where required
- Creating quotes on company system and following them up
- Converting incoming purchase orders ensuring the equipment required is available
- Booking site surveys for customers
- Dealing with and/or monitoring any customer issues relating to hires
- Managing key accounts
Essential Skills & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have Hire Coordinator experience; good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent attention to detail with outstanding customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner. Ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent time management and organisational skills
