Recruitment Consultant - Chefs Division 

£25-30k Basic + Commission + Bonus 

London - Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced chef, ideally upto sous chef level to join our Chef's Desk as a Recruiter. If you are feeling it is time to move away from the kitchen, but want to stay within this industry this could be the role for you. You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Where do you sign up ? Here’s what we’d like from you !

• To be career driven and the want to succeed in a rapidly expanding business
• Have a serious passion for customer service and hospitality 
• A chef background, ideally upto Sous chef level, with good working knowledge of a professional kitchen
• Good computer skills and knoeledge of Microsoft Office
• Recruitment experience or a understanding of recruitment is preferred but not essential
• Be super approachable and friendly (just like us !)
• You need to be a self-starter – able to manage your own time and your desk
• Forward thinking and exceptionally organized
• Be able to handle and manage a large existing database as well as high volume in coming inquiries and applications
• Comfortable at leading established accounts, working with clients to support their needs
• Ability to actively develop new business leads, negotiate contracts and develop recruitment solutions to match client needs  
• Previous sales experince also advantageous
