Looking at the metrics of different channels, you will help the brand increase ROI by helping executive level stakeholders understand why certain customer are behaving the way they do. This role will require you to look at the whole customer lifecycle, meaning you'll have access to all types of data, allowing you to create accurate and innovative insight.
