If so, I have the perfect role for you. This Award-winning British Fast Casual dining company is looking for an Assistant Manager who is passionate about food and customer service. Located in an iconic, prominent building in the centre of Bourton on the Water. They are looking for a hardworking, trustworthy long-term Assistant Manager to join the team.

The Assistant Manager Role:

• Keeping all company paperwork in check, including H&S
• Multitasker who thrives in leadership
• Maintain an exceptional level of standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience
• You must be proactive, driven, and enthusiastic
• Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service
