About the role:

• Ambassadorial proactive, honest and collaborative tone and approach that assists the delivery of all location and company objectives and Values. 
• Supportive of your General Manager and underpinning they’re of their leadership to achieve the locations objectives across operations, sales, retention, commercial, compliance and people based KPI’s. 
• Commitment to your development and that of others.  Demonstrating ongoing learning and advancement and that of yourself, your colleagues and wider Clockwise communities
• Able to support the management of a pipeline of sales from multiple channels.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities, leasing stats and occupancy and potential leads
• Participate in the creation of content suggestions for social media and other channels to the marketing team as directed by your GM.

The Successful Assistant Manager:

• Previous sales/hospitality experience – preferred not essential
• Able to oversee the day-to-day operations
• Understanding of Health and Safety
• Experience taking/giving instruction
